Here’s a little song, just a little song I wrote—

Just a little song of hope.

Here’s a little song—oh, the feeling that it brings

Every time I (want to) sing a little song of hope.

Just a little song, such a little song—

Oh, but it’s a song of hope!

I’ve learned there’s no problem we can’t solve if we only reach out to God above.

I believe there’s nothing here on Earth that we can’t do—if we only see things from His point of view.

                ‘Cause if you find yourself at the end of the rope, just know you’re not alone.

                ‘Cause God is here with you and me—He’ll take you home.  He’ll take you home!

Oh, miracles are possible, there is always a way!  God is on your side—but don’t you

     ever lose your faith!

And no one of us can stop the violence in the street—till we share the love of God with

     each person we meet.

But if you find yourself at the end of the rope, just know you’re not alone,

‘Cause God is here with you and me—He’ll take you home.  He’ll take you home!
